SecureSave is seeking a full-time remote Manger – Financial Operations and Compliance to have oversight of SecureSave omnibus accounts across multiple bank custodians. The Manger – Financial Operations and Compliance will ensure day-to-day transaction processing and reconciliation are completed timely and at high quality. What you'll do day-to-day:

  • Reconcile the SecureSave emergency savings omnibus accounts across multiple bank custodians daily
  • Manage day-to-day ACH and push-to-card payments processing in a timely matter
  • Implement new banking partner accounts and ensure continuity in processing and reconciliation
  • Drive efficiencies in transaction processing while mitigating risks
  • Coordinate resolution of complex financial operational or reconciliation issues
  • Maintain knowledge of relevant banking regulatory environment to ensure compliance
  • Identify and implement corrective action for any BSA/AML and OFAC compliance issues
  • Create operational procedures that support our Compliance Management System policies
  • Coordinate audit testing for completion of SOC 1 audit report
  • Craft, refine and manage policies, third-party vendors for audit and compliance and overall improving and iterating on our processes

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of experience in bank or payments operations at a financial institution (Fintech a plus)
  • 2+ years of experience managing and building compliance or operations teams
  • Knowledge and application of BSA, AML, OFAC/Sanctions, and other AML regulatory policies
  • Experience with SOC 1 audit testing
  • Compliance-minded attention to detail - excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to set priorities and manage multiple tasks with varying deadlines
  • Go-getter with a positive and upbeat attitude in a fast-paced environment
