About the role:

The primary goal of this role is to drive revenue growth for Secure, Inc. and our SecureSave emergency savings solution, including ownership of the full lifecycle of direct sales.

This is a hands-on leadership position that requires the ability to develop and execute direct sales as both an individual contributor and sales leader with a focus on complex, solution selling to employee benefit and retirement professionals in mid- to large-sized companies. Excellent listening and communication skills are critical to understanding customer and partner needs and building relationships at an executive level. Experience developing go-to-market models, defining integration and services / sales requirements, and negotiating contracts are also required. Key characteristics for success are initiative, collaboration, and follow-through.

What you'll do day-to-day:

  • Work closely in alignment with executive team to ensure overall company success.
  • Collaborate on, develop, execute, and report on sales strategies, plans, goals, progress, forecasts, trends, and barriers.
  • Hire, train, coach, and manage sales team to meet and exceed all monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotes.
  • Effectively communicate value propositions through various methods, including presentations, one-on-one meetings, etc.
  • Work closely with product, engineering, client services, and legal on projects and deals.
  • Develop, manage, and maintain accountability to spending budgets.
  • Reliably attend company calls, meetings, and events.
  • Create and refine sales collateral and messaging
  • Manage a pipeline of major to enterprise sales opportunities while we scale

What we're looking for:

  • BS/BA in Business or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in a revenue-generating, hands-on, sales leadership role with proven success in a related industry, preferably fintech, benefits, or workplace savings.
  • Experience selling to HR, benefits professionals
  • Major account and Enterprise account experience
  • Inbound and outbound selling experience
  • A customer-focused attitude and problem-solving aptitude.
  • Proven ability to generate ideas and follow through to make them happen.
  • Ability to work well with a growing, remote team with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively with the team.
  • Project management skills with excellent follow-through and attention to detail.
  • Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% as needed to meet with customers, attend trade shows, etc.

  • OTE: $250,000-400,000 per year
